When I first started my EQ went way up, however it has declined since then, it varies a bit but I would say most of the time it is not as hard as it was in the first month.

I do the routine every other day, I usually feel pretty fatigued after training, so I will take a day off sometimes when I know my girlfriend is going to want to have sex.

What are you doing differently than you were the first month? I don't think you're overtraining, but less EQ is a clear negative PI. Did you Kegel that first month and then stop?

I would suggest taking a week or two off. Come back with a light 1 on, 2 off routine then quickly jump up to a 1 on, 1 off routine (if all is going well PI wise) and then go to a 2 on, 1 off routine, while gradually increasing the intensity until you start gaining again.

Morning wood = having an erection when you wake up in the morning.

Night wood = having erections throughout the night.

Do you HAVE to have morning wood and night wood to be considered healthy... I never heard about such things
