I always have to laugh when I see sites recommending 1000 a day. That's way too many for any normal man to stick to. JMM recommends a really good routine, which is based on time instead of reps.
I suggest starting starting to make your reps last longer (as JMM advises), and gradually work up to 5 or so minutes 4 to 5 days a week. If you can manage that, you're pelvic floor muscles should be in great shape. |
