Default erection levels while jelqing

When committing to a 30 minute jelqing session, erection levels can vary from flaccid, 30-50 percent erect to 70-100 percent erect. How does this affect gains/results? It gets kind of tedious I have to watch tv while jelqing so my erection levels stay low and sometimes flaccid. Plus I jelq upwards as I am sitting down, is this okay?

Slanker: You'll want to get at least 40 to 50 percent. Lower erection levels are perfectly fine and actually recommended if your main goal is length.

What's your erection quality like by the way (what do you give the strength of your erections on a scale of 1 to 10)?

my erection strength seem the same or a little stronger except for the other night I had a Rock solid erection that came out of nowhere. But I put it down to me not being that horny right now I've got other things on my plate but I'm being consistent with my routine. I still have night and morning erections but they not lasting that long, mainly i feel psychological factors.

sorry, could you remind me what they stand for?
if its flaccid length, it fluctuates but its 4 - 4.5
and erect length fluctuates from 5.5 - 6.25

oh i know bone pressed etc. Yes them figures above are correct but they fluctuate.

Slank: BPFSL is your Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length (keyword stretched) - so it's basically a measurement of as far as your penis can stretch

BPEL is your Bone Pressed Erect Length

If it's one thing i've learned from jelqing is that lower erection levels are good and its not how many jelqs you do, but do them in the correct form. It makes a huge difference.

remek: my BPFSL is 6.1. How does that sound compared to my erect length. I should work on increasing that right and that should increase the size of my erections. I'm beginning to understand how these exercises work. The longer I stretch the more the results I think.

Yeap: what is the correct form for you in jelqing?
