Default testosterone boosters, helpful? anybody trying them?

I'm currently taking tribulus tessteris but I might try tongkat ali instead now. What about externally applied creams? I heard of a testosterone cream that you apply to the shaft and to the head of the penis that will strengthen the tissues? Any views or opinions? What about formulas that include zinc, zma and the above mentioned herbs? with Tongkat Ali I have heard that buying direct from Indonesia is the best source (1:50).

Slank: Good question. I myself haven't tried Tongkat Ali, but I've heard mixed reviews about it.

I do know that Yohimbe acts a lot like Viagra, so you may want to try it (be wary of it if you have high blood pressure or heart troubles, though). You might also want to consider other supplements that get the blood moving:
  • L Arginine/Pycnogenol
  • Horny Goat Weed
  • Omega-3's (fatty acids)
  • Multi-vitamin

remek: tribulus has worked out fine I just finished a 30 days course and I feel leaner and hornier although not a great deal. As far as Tongkat Ali is concerned, what are the negative things you have heard? I have heard only good things about it, have you read testingtongkatali.org..? It's supposed to stimulate the production of testosterone which in turn aids growth of the reproductive organs. Their is also ZMA.
I think idealy I'd like to try arginine and tongkat ali together.

also, tongkat ali is best bought in the 1:50 extract direct from indonesia or from official stockists. Other forms are low quality.

Slank: By mixed reviews, I mean I've heard the same thing that I've heard about L-Arginine from many men: It didn't work (that is, they didn't get harder or hornier).

I think supplements like these are very variable, and it also depends on what amount your taking, what kind your taking, etc. I'm curious to see what your new supplement regime produces. Keep us updated.
