BPFSL: 5.75
BPEL: 6.6875
EQ: 7

Yep, those are accurate. This is the first time I've measured the bone pressed flaccid length. I never thought it would be important, but maybe this will tell me something useful. Any more stretching and I was afraid I'd hurt myself, so I'm calling it at 5.75.

Can't wait to read about the theory.

So your BPEL is almost 1" longer than your stretched length? That's pretty amazing.
Can you provide some insight as to the low EQ quality?

Well, I hope that BPEL/BPFSL differential doesn't mean something bad in theoretical terms.

The low EQ: Boredom? It's been a while since I've had sex with a woman. That may be part of it. When I'm looking at some really hot naked women during masturbation I can sometimes get very aroused and have something more like what I would call a raging hardon.

When I was saving my loads for banking my sperm for several days, I noticed that when I would finally get back to the clinic I would get very engorged, very nice erections - but that's after 5 days of self-abnegation and self-teasing. It was very difficult to go more than ONE day without masturbation. By the time I got to the clinic I was surly.

Usually my erections are just adequate, but the glans is not full. For lack of better terms: When my glans is full (raging) it is more "dome" shaped like a grain silo; when it is partially erect (standard boring erection) it has more of a smaller "cone" shape (Kremlin).

My erection also seems to vary depending on my posture. Sometimes standing up it will have more tendency to be more engorged.

It also varies if I'm tired or just kind of feeling blah. In the morning it's usually pretty lame.

I'm fit by the way. I run several miles each week and do other exercises, eat well, and I'm probably at my ideal weight.

Maybe I just have a boring penis. No. I won't even go there.

This might make sense. Perhaps your penis hasn't received a lot of the "traditional" penile exercise - sex, masturbation, and other forms of getting an erection.

Thus, the smooth muscle within your penis is weaker than it can be (and should be). The good news is that PE should help you with the EQ of your erections - especially if you focus on your smooth muscle (see this post for more info: The Penis (smooth) Muscle Theory ).

What do you think, Iguana?

There have actually been days recently when I have masturbated 4 or 5 times - usually a Saturday. And long sessions with visual aids - as long as a couple hours in some cases.

Still there are times when the erection just isn't where I think it should be. I can get to the raging level, but it doesn't stay that way for more than a few seconds.

I'll look into the smooth muscle stuff.

Being that he is "capable" of a really high EQ if the stimulus is there might eliminate a physical cause. His problem seems to have more of a psychological root. I don't think it's a smooth muscle volume problem. You would think that if his smooth muscle wasn't developed enough it wouldn't matter what he did, he would still only have retrograde erections. Being that his EL is longer than his FSL, he seems to have enough SM volume to push the tunica way out. It seems his tunica has trouble relaxing when he stretches.

I think I'm going to have to agree with your analysis. If his SM is developed enough volume-wise but is just weak, it may take much more stimulus and effort than should be necessary to achieve a maximum EQ. I think your recommendation of a smooth muscle focused routine will do him good.

How should I orient my routine so it focuses on smooth muscle?

I'm doing

5-10 minute warmup
3 sets of 30 second basic stretches in each direction
20 minutes of basic wet jelqs now.

Should I change anything?

HotRod: For now, you can focus on doing your jelqs with a higher erection level (75-80 percent). In the future, you can focus on doing more girth exercises than length (still do some length, though).
