My current girth routine is 4 days a week 150 jelqs with a 1 minute Squeeze at the end of every 10th jelq giving me 15 minutes of Squeeze.
4 - 45 sec side bends followed by 1 minute of Slinky's
10 Slow Squash Jelqs.
My length routine I recently changed due to some intuitive judgements while looking over past programs:
20 1 minute DLD Bundled Tunica Stretches and 12 Ultra Lig stretches. I try to do this 5 days a week but it's hard to be consistant.
Since I started this girth routine in June I have gained 1/4 inch in mid girth but no length gains whatsoever since then.
According to this theory do you recommend cutting way back on the girth or will the increased focus on the tunica cause gains despite the major girth work?
