according to my research so far, l-argininem2 is the best form and has to be at least 5g per day for therapeautic benefit and 10g to stimulate human growth hormone.

any feedback on this?

Are the above a description of L-Argininem2 or ingredient? Does L-Arginine really help with PE? what does it do?

newPEguy: I'm new to. That above post was referring to this product called rg9m2. An expensive powder form of arginine used by athletes. Arginine is supposed to increase Nitrous Oxide which is essential to maintaining and hardening an erection, i.e, a Pump, that pumps the muscles after a workout. The speculation I have is about which product of arginine should I buy and how much should I take, some people say 3g, Ive read 5g elsewhere. Either way I'm definitly buying it, but not just yet.

Slanker: That's a good question, and I understand where you're coming from: You want to maximize your hardness and chance to gain.

First, let me state that there's no doubt the pill version of L-argine works. Now the question is, does the powder work better than the pills? It might. I've heard from other sources too that powder form is better, but none of them have been the "credible" sources stated in the post above. Most of them were anecdotal reports on forums (which is a better source than some random website).

It might help to some degree, but if you don't have the money for it then don't worry about it - you'll still gain so long as you PE effectively.

How does it help? The theory is that it helps with blood flow (which it does) and that this helps with gains.
