Lightbulb The Internal Penis

Greetings, fellow PE'ers!

The primary internal target anatomy in PE are the corpora cavernosum and the corpus spongiosum. Both of these structures extend back into the body behind the testicles a little ways. Because the corpora cavernosum is such an important area to target in PE as this is the main erectile tissue, are there any PE exercises that reach it at its root?

I've experimented a little bit with feeling around in there and it gets fairly complex with veins, tendons, vas deferens, etc.

For all you big gainers out there: Have you noticed that the size of these deeper structures, or the size of the internal penis bulge along your perineum have also increased in size?

im not exactly a big gainer yet. but in pe we classify the penis in two categories as to what we work.
The smooth muscle tissue and the tunica. and yes the normal manual stretchs do effect those ligaments you feel down by your pelvic floor muscle.
If your lucky like me after a certain period of time you might experience a Lig pop where one of your ligaments back by the pelvis gives out and some of the inner penis comes out.
with significant length gains this inner penis will deform, elongate and change in the way its positioned.

HotRod: That's a good picture. Could you do me a favor and upload it to the site (by attaching it to your post), so if that site goes down we still have it here?

As to exercises that target the inner penis, there's at least one: The Internal Stretch. I designed/discovered this exercise last year for this very reason (to target the internal shaft). I really feel it at the base with this exercise.
