ok, i stoped for about 3 days all my marsk cleared up and i felt ready to go, so i warmed up and jelqed very gently and not that erect at all.
after 50 jelqs i looked at my penis and it was destroyed, maybe 50-100 deep huge red marks everywhere all over the shaft.
i like jelqing, makes my erections sooo hard. ,
but thats it im done screw this.

Not trying to be funny here, but 'I don't know' what 'idontknow' is doing. I can't fathom how 50 jelqs can do any damage if properly done. I can only assume that idontknow is squeezing way too hard! When I jelg, I can get a very good amount of blood into my penis without any type of damage or marks. I watch every jelq rep. I make sure that everything looks good at all times. I make sure my lube is working well and that my erection is at the right level.

Comments anyone ...

and I need to feel the pressure to know I'm jelqing right, if I'm less erect and jelq more loose, that won't have any effect right? but then again when jelqing a bit tighter and feel the pressure actually going, it damages penis, just how do you avoid damage and get the result?
First question for bigsilo, and second is for anyone

newPEguy: Are you still PEing daily? Stop that. Your new, and the red spots are a sign of going overboard.

Idon'tknow: 3 days clearly wasn't long enough. Red spots are fairly common, as your penis isn't conditioned to the pressure of jelqing. You can either quit (which is okay) or take two or more weeks off and start back very lightly.

Your penis appears to be more sensitive than most, so I would recommend starting back with 25 jelqs and 2 or 3 minutes of stretching with a 1 on, 2 off routine. Then gradually work into a real routine. Take it slow.

Okay, I need a new routine, I'm going to bump up my other thread....
Remek would you say the internal blood vessel damage and the external zipper damage the same, the same process and time to heal?

I have never had any type of damage from PE. Take it easy, watch the PIs. If you have some negative PIs, ease back.

I am surprised by the people starting PE who think more is better. If I was training for a marathon and had never done any running, I would not attempt to do double workouts - it would cripple you. If I start trying to run a few miles and then get shin splints, etc., I ease back - but I don't give up. PE is no different. Pay attention, take it easy. You'll get there in time.
