I am not a doctor, but many PE injuries are not serious. If you can get an erection and the plumbing works then you probably have avoided any serious damage. If in doubt - stop for a while. There are no quick gains with PE - this will take time! Loosing a week or two is not an issue.

I am not sure what you mean by blown blood vessels - distended, bruised, ruptured? Don't keep at it if you are doing damage! If you are new to this you should ease way back on the jelqing. Did you follow the newbie routine? 1 day of PE, 2 days off. It recommends 10 minutes of jelqing with a 3 second rep. This works out to no more than 200 reps at first. Less is not a bad thing - one has to build up at this. Are you wet jelqing? Do you lube properly? As a newbie you should not jelq if erect.

The red spots do disappear (I have never had them). Search the forums for discussions on them.

Let us know how it is going.

you dont need to jelq that much man trust me. its all about form and being precise when jelqing. ive been jelqing for four months and just this week i figured out what i was doing wrong.
400crappy jelqs equal the efficieny of about 10 good ones. its all about quality not quantity

I assume that your injury (the purple mark) is not getting any worse (larger). You probably just ruptured a small vessel near the surface. If so, the bruise will go away within a few days. You might feel a small lump afterwards. It will probably be the remnants of dead blood cells. It too will disappear. Keep us posted.

I caught my dick in my zipper and got a similar bruise on my shaft (it was not a jelqing accident). The bruise went away in 1 week. The small bump went away about 1 week later.

If you are getting bruised jelqing, then you are either doing it too tightly or you are too erect. You will condition yourself in time. Go easy for now.

Well your bruise was probably external rather than internal, so it might be different??

and I need to feel the pressure to know I'm jelqing right, if I'm less erect and jelq more loose, that won't have any effect right? but then again when jelqing a bit tighter and feel the pressure actually going, it damages penis, just how do you avoid damage and get the result?
