I'm also curious about doing sets through out the day. Would it be more beneficial if was to do a normal full routine in the morning and one later on throughout the day/ night.

I know im not answering your question but with that said Daniel, dont get too caught up in excercising as much as possible. As in all muscle development routines half the work is actually the rest period, sure you give it a hard work out but dont forget that rest is a major key.

Now... lets wait for one of the vets to post, im sure what that say will be most intriguing!

Hey guys, firstly i have to say that i am not a vet in PE. but i can tell you that it's not a good idea to have two sessions a day at the begning, because i think you will over train if you do it, as your penis is not used to the exercises ( if you really are a begginer ) and if you use more than necessary force on the exercises you will certly get yourself an injury.

My advice is that you follow what is posted on the beginner's guide. In MY OPINION in the begning LESS is MORE !!!

Luis, you may not be a PE vet (at least yet), but your advice is dead on with mine.

Can you double your PE efforts? Absolutely.

Should you? No way. Just because you can try to bench press 500 lbs doesn't mean you should. Similarly, just because you have the time to PE twice a day doesn't mean you should. Your penis, as luis point out, needs time to heal and grow. This most likely has something to do with the penis being part muscle.
