little crack during stretching

I was stretching last night(straight out) and when I was trying to hold it for a while before I relax I heard a TINY crack sound, I did not feel any pain afterwards, so has anyone else had this? Did I break something? this is scary

Edit: I was stretching with quite a bit force and the sound is from the base of my penis

Two "lig pops" in one week? I don't know whether to congratulate you (many men report a good boost in gains with them) or chastise you (just how hard are you guys pulling here)?
