Default Length Excerises

I need some new length Excerises to try out thnk you, any level is fine

Started 5.75 inch erect length and 5.5 erect girth
Goal 8*6

On the top of the page, Free Guide -- Beginners Guide, I've been doing those basic ones for a month now, the experts on this site says I should stick with them for about this long then a month break, then most likely I should see gains, then move on to more advanced exercises.
So far I still can't see my own gains, but try for yourself and let me know your progress!

EDIT: however I did get a Lig pop..

I like to do different variations of basic stretches. I've been PE-ing for about 3 months now so I still consider myself new. I like to do BTC (between the cheeks) stretches. Basically it's like an intermediate downward stretch. You pull down and back between your buttcheeks and hold... much like the Adam Sandler song Medium Pace where he talks about looking like and ugly woman . Anyways, it really works well. Also try some inner penis stretching early on too to train the part of the penis that is inside you.

hi,can i have more variation of stretch exercise other than the two above.what is inner penis stretching?

tanvir: If you've been PEing for a month or less, I suggest sticking with the JAI stretch and the basic stretch. After that, you can find a variety of stretches on this page: Advanced Exercises - Penis Enlargement Gym
