Taking a break. I'd like to take a break from PE.
There are two things that concern me:
1. The main reason for which I'm doing this is for the deconditioning break. I feel my penis has become accustomed to the exercises, and the longer I keep going at this rate, the less the gains will be. It's been the same with going to the gym - when going to it for prolonged periods of time, the muscle growth was less and less visible.
If I've been at it roughly four months, and I spend 50 minutes with the PE process, about how long should the PE break be? Four months?
2. Also, should the deconditioning break be gradual or immediate? Should I keep going with my usual routine and in two weeks or so cut the time in half? Keep in mind, it'd be preferable if I kept my gains, as I increased the volume nearly twofold. |
