How can I get girth? Should I just stick to the newbie routine? I don't have THAT much time...

how long have you been doing pe? from my experience, jelq 15 min 2 times a day. one in the morning, the next 15 at night. after each session, get a full erection and with your thumb and pointer finger, squeeze the base of your penis. hold so no blood exits the penis. squeeze for 1 min 5 times and do that on both sessions. if your penis starts to throb a bit, you are doing it right, just be creful. this expands the tissue in the penis so the max amount of blood can be forced in. this sould do the trick and dont forget to streach

you should see pretty good gains doing that once a day. i say do 5 days on 2 off

Sparrow: What routine you use largely depends on how long you've been PEing. If your new, stick with the beginner's routine and focus your jelqs with a higher erection level. If your not new, try some of the advanced girth exercises here: Advanced Exercises - Penis Enlargement Gym

Make sure you read "The Table of Advanced Penis Enlargement Exercises & Recommended Usage" at the bottom, which gives a recommended time on how long you should be PEing before starting any exercise.
