remember, 6 weeks is really nothing when dealing with the art of PE. never the less, you should have seen some initial gains. hold your streaches for 3-5 min in each direction. i say 3-5 because you may get a little sore the first few tmes if you go the full 5. jelqing for 10 min should be sufficient at this stage in the game. in my opnion, its your schedule that is the real culprit. try 3 on 1 off and see how that goes. |
