Default confused?? Please help

Ok I hear some people say you should exercise every other day some say 2days off in between and then I hears 5 on 2 off. Can anyone tell me what I should be doing. For the past month and a half I have been warming up 10 min streching 30 sec each direction and jeding 10 min. one day on 2 days off. Erections seem stronger and no neg pi's but no gains yet.

remember, 6 weeks is really nothing when dealing with the art of PE. never the less, you should have seen some initial gains. hold your streaches for 3-5 min in each direction. i say 3-5 because you may get a little sore the first few tmes if you go the full 5. jelqing for 10 min should be sufficient at this stage in the game. in my opnion, its your schedule that is the real culprit. try 3 on 1 off and see how that goes.

cman: You'll also want to bump it up a notch, perhaps 1 on 1 off (since you've been PEing for over 6 weeks).
