Tom: If your a beginner, twice in each direction (SO, SU, R, L, SD). As time goes on you can increase this and add more advanced exercises.

O.k i also have a couple of questions. Well first of all i just done my first 50 kegels and i wanted to know if it would be good to just stick with these for a few weeks and then ad the newbie routine? And now for the second question i wanted to know is where do we post our questions? I just picked this spot because someone else did.Sorry i am still very new to this . I don't even do myspace . Thanks .... Steve

Steve: Welcome!

You can start working out using both Kegels and the newbie routine at the same time.

As for posting questions, most "PE-related" questions go in this forum: General PE - Free Penis Enlargement Exercise Forum - The PE Gym

Once your in that forum, click on "create new thread" in the top left area.
