Default Month Long Plateau-even Losing .2 Very Discouraging

Had been an advocate of less is more regarding pe-taking every other day off and so forth. hit 6.5 BPEL and was pretty thrilled about it 3.5 weeks ago...fell into a trap of thinking as long as my flaccid hang was slightly increasing that my erect length must have been as well. saw FL go from 3.25 to about 4.3ish and was thinking a 4.5-4.75 FL would translate to a 7 inch EL (my holy grail at this point) I felt my FL kind of wavering from 3.5-4.5 depending on if a workout had been conducted that morning and suspected that I was not getting closer to 7. Sure enough measured today and was back at a 6.25 BPEL. Was very disappointed to lose a whole month in the opposite direction and bought an extender out of despair. The difference between my earlier PE and now is more rest days. DLD on mattersofsize claims that 24 hours is all you need for rest and works out twice a day every day. Guys like Dustpan appeared to share a similar mentality and had success. I found that when I worked out consecutive days in a row my FL seemed to turtle even though my EL was increasing. I started playing to my FL's increases by taking more days off however EL is obviously more important. Thoughts anyone?

find out what works for you, if your old routine worked better stick to that. In the sense less is more, I agree with that, but not in the sense of rest days, but in terms of not spending too long working out, consistency and quality over quantity. I hope it works for me we have the same targets. I am 6.25bpel.

Laugh, That is
disappointing. How are your PIs? You may actually need more rest, if your penis has negative PIs.

From my research, DLD appears to an anomaly ... he's also been exercising for quite some time. Most newbies need at least 2 to 3 days of rest a week, often more, for the first five to six weeks. And even in the advanced stages most men still need at least 2 days.

Flaccid hang in my opinion doesn't mean anything. You should be concentrating on your BPFSL and BPEL as indicators of your growth, your Flaccid hang will vary all of the time so its not a good measuring stick for progress. Since your BPEL has decreased that is an indicator of overtraining. You're getting your rest days which is good, but what is your routine? How much time do you spend per workout on stretches?

I see so many Newbies obsessed with flaccid size. Why?!??! I'll have to admit, I too have been worried about flaccid, but I realized that erect was more important. If your erect size was 8 x 6 but your flaccid was only 3 x 3, would you care? I sure as hell wouldn't. Just remember, flaccid has little correlation to your erect size. People's flaccid lengths can increase and their erect stay the same - vice versa as well. Focus on erect size - if your flaccid comes along for the ride, then consider it a bonus.

Personally, I stopped obsessing with FL because PE was on my mind 24 hours a day. Plus, with FL changing so many times in a day, what's the point? You fell into the classic Newbie blunder of seeing gains and then trying to speed them up because you got all excited. My advice is to take a week off (COMPLETELY!) and then go back to what was giving you gains. But, if you are determined to increase FL, then search "Fowfers." I consider them to be the safest and most effective way of increasing FL.

Good luck.

I agree. I got waay too hung up on flaccid size. I don't know if anyone has seen the website Penis Size Debate but there was a graph there describing FL translating to EL and saying that a 4.5 FL would equate to about 7 inches. I stopped measuring my EL hoping to surprise myself after my Fl had reached about that mark but I was actually doing much LESS pe than I was doing in my earlier months when I was seeing better E gains. I feel like true flaccid is a tough measurement because it varies so much. Either way I'm trying to get over FL and only worry about erect gains. I do about 20-30 mins of stretching followed by 200-400 Jelqs/ Jelq and holds/Girth exercises. I had been doing one day on one day off though in the past month when I used to follow a 4 on 1 off routine. I have switched back to my old routine and already feel more blood flow and an increased horniness-all positive signs. This shit IS a marriage. Anyone who says otherwise...
