Default Some more questions

I just started wednesday, I do my exercises in the morning. A problem Im worried about is if its shrinking, I measured it last night after my first day and notice it lost about 1/2 an inch. It feelt kind of exhausted, so was it because its exhausted or is it shrinking? Was that becuase it was exhausted? Also Im concerned about the head, will it grow with the rest of my penis. I already have a big head and I want my head to grow and stay the same in proportion that it is now. And one more simple question, when should I expect to see some growth. But plz help cuz I don't want it to shrink at all.

Temporary shrinking (aka turtling) after a workout is fairly normal for some men. It's generally a sign of an intense workout. It could relate to overtraining, but you'll have to interpret it with your other PIs; see this article: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! - Penis Enlargement Gym

The shrinking isn't permanent, of course (this is an enlargement forum ) . . . But if you have negative PIs, be sure to lay off the intensity - or else you can cause unnecessary problems.

Your glans will typically grow with your penis, but you may have to do glans-specific exercises in the future. As for when should you expect to see some growth, there's really no telling - some men gain in one day, others never gain.

Hope this helps!
