| Tanvir, you didn't piss me off, the advice I give you is only to help prevent injury.
No, you are not bothering me too much.

We often see the same mistakes repeated over and over. The biggest one is when guys feel that doing more in the beginning will help them. It doesn't - in fact, it often stops gains now and in the future. JP is just trying to save you time and frustration.
That said, since your main goal is to increase your base girth, you may want to use the half jelq or the reverse jelq in replace of the other jelqs (not in addition to).

Rep Power: 0 | jp dude seriously i do admit the routine is tough, even though i have been exercising for one month now your routine proved to b much tougher than those i was following, i like it...
the problem i m facing is that i am able to contract my pc muscle for 10 sec easily but doing 25 kegel on each side is putting a lot of pressure on my hands an therby iam experincing hand pain while i m holding on to the stretch, so my question is suppose when i m stretching to the left and doing 25 kegel can i take a brief pause after doing 10 and then again do the rest 15 kegels. is it going to effect my performance? |

| I don't see any reason why you can't just do 10 Kegels in the stretch position as long as they are followed by the circle stretches. Believe it or not, your hands will actually get stronger the more you do PE.

Rep Power: 0 | Im ready to start doing PE and I think I have the vital information on how to do it properly. I will start today (evening). I dont have that privacy as like as you guys, I even share a room with my brother so the best suitable time for me to PE is evening. I will do JP's 90 days beginners routine. Btw, can I do "V" stretches in morning or just stick with the 90 days beginners routine?
Keep you posted guys...
Wish me luck...
Thank you all!! |

Thank you all!! | Since you are just starting, just do the routine as written, in the evening. As you progress, maybe in a couple of weeks, go ahead and add some "V" Jelqs in the morning. I know many guys that do a split routine, girth work in the morning, length at night.
But the purpose of the 90 day routine is to CONDITION your penis. Good Luck. Let us know how your first session went. JP

Well my first session, it went good actually. It feels good also and I enjoy the routine. My penis feels a little bit stress but not much and I expect this. Overall it went good.
Keep you posted..

Rep Power: 0 | Hi JonPop,
I have also started on your routine 5 on 2 off. I am doing everything you listed except the V Jelq. I am a newb and want to condition my penis to handle more in the future. I am working to overcome premature ejaculation, so I started edging also at night for about 20 to 30 minutes. I read a great post from Cheeva regarding edging and am using his practice. Do you think adding the edging at night is to much for a beginner like myself?
Thanks for everyone on these forums. It has help me answer so many questions I have and hopefully, one day I will be able give advice to a newb. |
