He said that caffeine was a vasoconstrictor and that my 20 ounces of coffee each morning might be contributing to my weaker than normal erections as well as causing some of my afternoon malaise (caffeine crash).
I drink a large "depth charge" every morning which is 20 oz of coffee with two shots of espresso. Usually that's all I have for a day.
I'm willing to give this up for a while and see if there's a change. It's a lot of dirty water to be pouring down my gullet. I'm also thinking about quitting so I can save some money.

HotRod: Good question. It's one that's "up in the air" until we get some more solid evidence. It might be useful for PE, it might be harmful, or it might not do anything at all.
switch to grren tea the theanine in green tea renders the caffeine useless after about 45 minutes. You may start out jacked up but then you start to get that calm feeling. This is due to the amino acid Theanine.
