Default Possible low LOT gain enhancer?

Hey everyone! I have a low LOT (loss of tug) which some people consider to be a bell weather for being a hard gainer. With that being said I'm constantly searching for an edge when PE-ing. I was journaling my progress and comparing my results with past entries (yes, it's very scientific I know) and I'm certain that I'm seeing a relationship between my heavier kegling days and growth progress. I have come to the conclusion that I am going to become a religious kegler because the days/weeks that I am seeing more noticible results are falling on days/weeks where I am kegling 1000-2000 times/day. I know that sounds like a lot of kegles but if your space them out throughout the day you can get them done without it seeming like much time. Kegles are important as we all know because it promotes healthy bloodflow to the penis. I guess the moral of all of this is to kegle kegle kegle. Please don't neglect this seemingly unrelated exercise...it could be what's holding you back from the gains you want.

Hey Russ

I must admit I have neglected kegels pretty much since I was a newbie, because I've felt my erection has been very hard anyway. But when my break is over I'm going try kegels again in my routine, maybe something good will come from it. When you do 1000-2000 kegels/day what kind of kegels do you do, basic 1-2 second long kegels?

I believe that kegels do much more than just increase the hardness of erections...especially now. I think that the promotion of bloodflow is great for your penis 24x7. Your blood brings much needed nutrients to your penis that help it repair and rebuild just like working out other muscles in your body.

In terms of what kinds of kegels I do: I do multiple sets of 300-500 kegels.
1. I will begin by doing 100 rapid flexes (1 every second)
2. Then I go to 3 sets of 30 second holds for the next 100 (meaning 3x30= 90... I usually will hold the last one out an extra 10 seconds).
3. Then I will do 10 regular (2-3 second holds) followed up by a 10 second hold until I reach 100.
4. Then I will do regular kegels to finish it out with every 10th kegel being a really hard kegel. (Like the kind that'll cause you to nearly blackout for a second lol )

Hey Russ, I have a very similar Keegle routine, I take a day when my PC muscle feels spent. I also have a low LOT (6 O'clock) and have noticed when I'm doing a heavier keegle routine I have a bigger flacid hang. I loose EQ for a day here and there (around7)but when it comes back it's a 10, and larger in apperance. Do you have a heavy or light work out? I just started JPs 90 day routine. It's pretty effective so far.

bodisteva, glad to hear you have started on my routine. Do it exactly as written. Stay with it and keep us informed on your thoughts/progress. This routine has generated a lot of interst on these boards, so lots of guys will want to follow what you have to say. Please post at least once a week on this subject. JP

I would consider my workouts as moderate. I don't do (and don't plan on doing) any kind of hanging or ultra-aggressive routines like that. I stick with about a 30 minute routine that includes manual stretching and jelquing. I hardly consider kegling a part of my routine since I just do them throughout the day...meaning I'm not setting time aside to accomplish them. I have seen gains in my 4 months of consistant training. I really do believe that these exercises work.

Hey Damulag,

LOT is "loss of tug", which is explained by JonPop in his Beginner's 90 Day Routine. To find his post, go to the home page, scroll down toward the bottom and look for Feb. 12, Post of the Week #7. He explains what it is, how to determine your's, and how to use it to your advantage when doing his workout.

Good luck!
