Consistency of Jelq Reps

Hi Guys,

So everytime I workout I learn a little bit more about jelq technique.

Question: How consistent does each jelq repetition need to be? The erection level fluctuates, and that's probably the biggest factor in how jelqs vary naturally.

Another varying factor would be my constant experimenting with technique.

I'm just concerned that will all these variable factors, that I might be lacking the consistency that I need for gains.

In 20 minutes you should be able to do 400 three second jelqs....in theory, but in actuality I'm probably doing about half that, maybe even less. That might be good though considering that I'm new to this. Eventually I'll get a more efficient technique down that will give me more repetitions in a 20 minute span.

Anyway, this may just be me worrying again, but I thought I'd run it by those with more experience.

Does your penis feel expanded, and plump afterward? I'd focus on the quality of the sessions. Your proficiency will come along with time.

Well, I think so...

As soon as I complete my last jelq stroke, I have a very full, thick 50% erection - BUT it mostly just looks like a big flaccid hang.

I close my workout by stroking to a 100% erection. Usually my penis feels kind of tired in the 100% state at that point and doesn't really reach the fully expanded state of a well rested penis - if that makes sense.

Then a few minutes later, I'm completely flaccid, BUT the penis is slightly fuller, firmer, and sticks more straight out from my body. It doesn't really hang like a floppy penis.

So I don't know if that consitutes "expanded and plump" but it there is a definite change in the appearance.

As to sensations, they are minimal. I have a very very slight sensation of aching, nothing like pain and I don't notice it at all by the time I'm dressed.

From the way you describe everything above (everything), it reminds me of my experiences with jelqing, and squeeze exercises, and you really do sound like you have a good grasp (pun intended) of things! You're on the right track dude!

I know mine does.. or I feel it does, but , I want to ask u how long will I have to see improvement??

It usually takes a few weeks. Some men report seeing improvents sooner. Usually within the first couple or three months men start to see an increase in size. Assuming you took "before" measurements before you started.
