HR: Since you have only 1 negative PI, there's really two ways you could go at it right now:
1) Say screw it, keep doing what you're doing, gradually increase the intensity, and wait to see if there's any other negative PIs. You might gain this way. Many men do (and many don't).
2) Take a step back and start a little lighter. This is what I recommend as you already have a negative PI. It's also the safest way to go at it. Moreover, I find that many men continually overtrain in the beginning. Not to mention that you have the characteristics of a man with an unconditioned penis.

Thanks, Remek. I think I'll be going with #2 above.

I decided to take today off. Tomorrow I'm going back on an every other day routine with only 10 minutes of jelqing.

I'm pretty confident that at this point I have a much more effective jelq technique than I had in my first two weeks of PE. So this improved technique equates to an increased intensity. Leaping to 20 minutes of jelqing may have just compounded the intensity beyond what I need.

So I'm stepping back, and approaching from the flank, and trying to be patient.

Thanks.

I honestly think that's a great choice. I believe you'll gain more this way. And even if you don't gain more right away, you will in the long run. Continually overtraining has its downfalls - along with stopping gains now, I believe it plays a big role in stopping gains in the future.

I can't begin to tell you how many men come to me, after months of on and off overtraining, find that they aren't gaining even when they start to do it the right way. Coincidence? I don't believe so.

I think this is just simple over reacting as measurements can vary often. I suggest only measuring once a month or so.
