Default I Lost 1/16th Inch Length and Girth

Hi Guys,

When I measured last Sunday I came in 1/16 inch shorter and 1/16 inch less girth.

Remek pointed out that this is a negative PI, so I've decided to back off for three consecutive days and then to resume my exercises with 15 minutes of jelqing instead of 20.

I just wanted to check all of this out with others. I don't have any negative PIs immediately after PE, in fact it just feels kind of good. The apparent loss in length is the only thing I've seen.

My master plan with PE is to play it safe rather than sorry, but I want to make sure I'm not babying myself either. Like most novices I'm very eager to see those inital gains and want to keep stepping up my workouts.

By summer I'm hoping to see gains that will be significant enough to boast here.

HR I swear I'm not being an ass but 1/16"?? How can you be so sure? That such a tiny increment. I could see being sure about 1/8", but 1/16"?? You may be psyching yourself out here man.

Hot Rod, you may want to measure again later on some different occasions. I find my measurements fluctuate wildly sometimes.
I wouldn't be too concerned. It wouldn't take much to put you off by 1/16th.

I took three days off which probably isn't a bad idea anyway.

This week I'm back on 20 minutes jelqing - felt great this morning.

I'm also going to add a day - so 4 days PE this week.

And whats your measurments after taking the time off? Don't tell me you didn't measure HotRod!!! I agree you should take time off and decrease your routine like you did that was perfect, but don't forget to measure!!! 1/16 is a very tiny amount though so I wouldn't be too concerned about it, could be just EQ thats causing that, or pressing a little less on BP measurements.

Yep,I did measure and easily got up to my Feb 9 starting stats.

I expect that the intensity of working out more days in coming weeks coupled with a better technique will start showing some gains by April or so. Man I hope so.

HotRod: Since it appears that the basic beginner's routine is a little more than your penis can handle, you may want to try the Progressive Routine outline in the book I sent you. I know it's light, but it has worked for guys who find that they overtrain easily in the beginning.

We'll see how it goes. In any reagard, I definitely don't recommend doing the 4 days a week yet. I suggest giving it another two weeks.

I was starting to think the same thing. I decided to take today off.

I'm kind of frustrated right now because I feel like I don't really know where I'm at or what I should be doing. My workouts feel good, no negative PIs to speak of except for the apparent loss of 1/16". That's back now.

I don't want to over do it, but I also don't want to under do it. I really want to be working at an effective level. It seems like I've got too many opinions at this point about what's going on.

I'm trying to listen to my body first and foremost.

I'm thinking of scrapping the whole thing and starting all over with the very gradual workout described in your book.
