Caffeine and PE I recently started PE with a beginners routine and already have seen some growth and better erection quality! I am enjoying this very much. I also take arginine as a supplement to my PEing and feel that it helps (maybe its just a placebo but still take it lol). Anyways, I read that caffeine lowers testosterone and possibly dilates blood vessels. Would this in any way affect my PE routine and growth factor??
