yea hookah and any tobacco based product contains nictoine which is a vaso constriculator which constricts the blood flow. As long as your on nicotine ti will affect gains but when you stop smoking about 3-4 days later you will notice an increase in EQ

There are lots of members who smoke cigarettes, weed or even dabble in other narcotics, and still had great gains. It all depends on your own genetics. But, for the most part, if something isn't healthy for your body, then it's probably not healthy for your penis.

I quit smoking weed and cigarettes when I started PE in hopes of maximizing my own gains. I didn't get any PE gains, but I'm still glad that I quit for the sake of my long-term health. I've also known of members who say that smoking weed helps them relax better, and they are convinced that it helps put them in a better, relaxed state of mind for doing PE.

Better safe then sorry. Quit the stuff..
