Rep Power: 5 | this is a very good thread. For awhile ther my bpfsl was about the same size as my erect length. now the bpfsl is longer about a 1/2". So i expect future growth. |

Rep Power: 3 | Im the same as Jonpop I seem to gain girht easier than length which is unfortunate in my case. But oh well. As far as this thread is concerned i found it very useful and since my BPFSL is morth than half an inch longer i plan on focusing on stretching. thanks for the info.

| I think it's because I started with such a short BPEL, that it took a long time to build lig tissue and why I lost length when I decon'd for 8 months.

Rep Power: 4 | Great feedback here. So I have potential for gains thanks to the increase in my BPFSL, and that is what I wanted to know. Thank you gentlemen. |

Rep Power: 4 | Pushing more blood into the penis and having more frequent erections, wouldn't that help push the BPEL nearer to the BPFSL? and if so, does that mean l-arginine could help with gains? |

Rep Power: 2 | This thread couldn't have pooped up at a better time, as of today I noticed that my BPSFL has increased by about 1 inch or more. I also noticed a gain of about a quarter of an inch in my BPEL. I looked up an old stat I gave in a different thread and it looked like this:
my BPFSL IS 6 7/8
MY BPEL IS As of yesterday 6 9/16
my erections are a 9.5
Today the numbers looked more like
BPSFL was 7 3/4
BPEL was (about) 6 7/8
EG 5
The EQ was hight at about an 8.5-9
The down side is I have lost slight girth not too noticeable at about 1/8 of an inch. Over all it looks like gains after about a 2 week long de-conditioning break, and I took measurements before my light routine today. I still have had NO caffein in over 3 months, and have noticed an improved flacid hang as a result. I ended my last 3 week cycle by focusing more on doing my routine around the LOT theory. Mine is at 6 (low) so I did my stretches and jelqs straight out and up(It was the on JP posted, thanks BTW). Just a little short term success story I thought I would share.

I am going to post an exercise just for tunica stretching.
