what if BPFSL = BPEL?? how are gains affected in this case, and what exercises should be focused on?

Well, actually I think it's hell easy to understand. For me the T.G.C. made P.E. a thing without secrets or mysteries. Here what you have to do:

- Measure your BPSFL and your BPEL.

If your BPSFL is smaller than your BPEL and your erections are very good, focus on "lentgth" stretch, stretch and stretch until your BPFSL becomes bigger than your BPEL. Do not quit girth exercises just do less. ( focus on the tunica , stretching )

If your BPSFL is bigger than your BPEL ( more than 0.5" ) and your erctions aren't "that" hard, you shall focus on the smooth mucle and do more "girth" exercises, jelqing and flaccid bends are good ones. But do not quit length exercises, stretch a litle less .

This way you will always know what to do
