Default Babbis Newbie Modified Routine?

Hi,

I heard about this routine and thinking of starting it.

Question: Is it 1 day on and 2 days off or 2 days on and one day off?

Here is why I ask. In this file it says 2 on-1 off, but this post says 1on-2off.

Thanks.

It is 1 day on, two days off. Unless you are a complete newbie I do not think the routine will do much for you. I would reccomend that you wait for remeks and iguanas article, I am sure it will help lots of PEers to gain. I have been doing something very similar to what they reccomend and I have gained 0.5cm BPEL in about one month.

Either way, good luck!

Thanks. I have PE'd for 5 weeks, following a newbie routine that increased to 500 jelqs and 10 minutes of stretching. I don't think I've gained anything, so thought it may not hurt to give it a try. Looking at the chart, it appears that some guys gained even though they were on for 3 weeks or so.

Vermon: What were you PIs like with your first routine? If they were unhealthy/negative, this routine may actually help (as it did with other guys).

I think I am o.k. I cannot really report positives or negatives with the exception that my morning woods may be down, but I have stronger erections (I may have gained slightly) & it seems easier to get them.

Thanks for the response.

Thoughts?
