Wink Newbie question?!

Hi guys,
what do you think about using a traction device for "The Stretch" instead of hand?
Thanks

Well, I'm of the opinion...always have been that the longer you can stretch for the better. So, yes traction is a good idea.

I am considering this too. But I am not certain, has to be cheap, discreet, safe, and can be delivered to england.

You got me wrong guys, there is no chance that I will wear the device for what!! 6-8 hours daily again, tried didn't work.
My idea is to use the device instead of the "hand" stretch(6 minutes of basic stretching) because with the device you can accurately increase the tension by adding weight!
Yes-No?

Nobrainer: Welcome!

You might want to try hanging, which tends to work well for systematically increasing the intensity and weight.
