Hey guys,

This is my first "official" post in here, I introduced myself with a short one in the newbies area some weeks ago (short one... how ironic).

I have been jelquing for 5 weeks now, but instead of doing it counting my minutes per routine, I count the jelqs. This is, every time I complete two jelqs (one with each hand) it counts as one... I do this until I reach a count of 500 complete jelqs, meaning I give 1000 passes to my old friend. I do this every other day in the shower and as a lubricant I use shaving gel with aloe and vitamin E.

I don't know if this is wrong or if it is dangerous, please let me know what do you think.

I am sorry to say that I have a short one, and I am desperate to gain the most... I don't have the size of mine, I jelq in secret and it is difficult to bring a ruler with me into the bathroom. I use as a reference the handle of a brush that is handy in the shower, that way I will see if there is any change. But so far nothing.

I have so many questions like if it helps to masturbate after a jelqing routine or if the growth is only noticeable when erect or also when flacid, etc... little by little I will ask for your help and advice on this important project for me.

Hey Eddie, go read the Beginners 90 day routine in the Enlargment forum.
You'll see I recommend counting.

Shaving cream is drying. 1000 jelqs sounds a bit much. Instead of a 1000 try 100 real slow jelqs say 3-5 seconds in duration. Don't forget to warm up and stretch as well as warm down.

Growth is noticeable in both instances -- when it happens. Have you noticed any flaccid increase? You're doing way too much (1000 jelqs) for only 5 weeks, and that's probably why you're not gaining. Thanks a lot for all your answers, they mean a lot to me... I will start JP's routine and hope to see gains soon... will keep you updated.

You are certainly welcome Eddy. When you start my routine. Do only these exercises and no more. You were doing entirely too many Jelqs. Remember to measure your beginning stats and start a progress thread. Good Luck.

Hi Eddy,

You might want to check out my progress log, just for shits and giggles. It's a little crazy, but it will give you an idea of how my own beginning routine has taken shape over several weeks. I started slow because I'm terrified of some of the PE horror stories I've read about. Remember that more is always less and less is always more especially in the beginning of PE.

I'm still jelqing by the clock every other day and very gradually adding intensity, improved technique, variety of exercises, more time, etc. I'm 40 and have survived with an adequate though modest penis this many years, I can take my sweet time getting around to gains....at least that's the attitude I TRY to take. I understand the eagerness.

You should also try to get a copy of Remek's book. Maybe you could keep it under your pillow?
