Cool Gains:d

i am PEing about two mounth.i have some Gains.When i am flaccid a i am about 2,2.5 sm maybe more bigger.
I have more strong erection.I noticed some girth gains,bit i think so that i don't have some erect lenth
gains?Is this good?

Bambam, You know, if you would just settle for posting in one of your many threads instead of starting a new thread everytime you want to say something, it would make it easier on us here. I have counted around 10 seperate threads that you have started.

bambam: I'm curious, where are you from?

You appear to be gaining more as time goes on (the last post I think you said you only had flaccid gains, now you have stronger erections and girth gains too), so you're heading in the right direction. What's your routine like?

thank you Remek very much you now i am new here and i still learn the rules you now.
my routine is:
Warm up:10 min
JAI strech 20 times 2 sek.
Streching 10 min
Streching 360 degree 10 times 15 sek.
Jelging 25 min.70,80 % erection(i don't have off days)
50 kegels(day on,day off.just for kegels.)
cool down 5 min.Is this ok?I am Peing about two mounth can you tell me another advanced exercises?Tell me some advice pls
tunica or smooth musle?give me some advice.

heloo sorry really for my many question at first but i am new and you now...I have some questions pls pls pls give me advice.
I am PEing about two mounth i am streching about 10 min.jelging about 25 min.If i like to have gains in the future would i practise more
time like 15 streching and 30 min.jelg or?same is it with advanced exercise to?And i have more strong erection really,it's very bigger when is flaccid,and i have some girth gains!this is good?Where is my lenth gains?when i first started i have strong but not so strong erection now i have more strong and more last holding erection?what to exercise smooth muscle or tunica?much love and sorry.Can i gains 1 inch lenth if i PE about year and 1 inch girth?

bambam,

From what I am reading is that after 2 months you have gotten some good girth gains from 10 minutes stretching and 25 minutes jelqing and your erections are very strong, but you haven't gained any length? Is this correct?

Do you know how to measure your BPFSL (bone pressed flaccid stretched length?) If not, let us know and someone will explain. If so, get
this number and post it along with your BPEL. I have a feeling you might want to increase your stretching time and decrease or keep your
jelqing time the same.

My erect lenth is 6.7 inch,my erect girth is 4.7 inch
my flaccid lenth is 5.3 inch i think...

Hey Iguana i learned how to know my BDFSL now i will check...I am PEing about 2 mounth.Before i have some strong erection but not very strong(i think that i have strong i don't now)now i think that i have 9 ratied erection but i am not so sure how to now.Any advice?much love
