Rep Power: 7  | Genetics and P.E I think, mostly from my experience, P.E is related to genetics, good nutrition, physical fitness, low number of ejaculation, young age, and of course, P.E exercises. This is not scientificly proven but just my pure opinion and from my experience. I think genetics play 80% of P.E. Without P.E exercises, my length would have been 7.5" but with the help of jelq exercises, my length is 9". But my girth is still the same 5.5"!!! |

Hi, how are you doing? What was you secret on getting to your 9" EL x 5.5"? I seem to be stuck at 7.625" BPEL x 6.00" EG x 6.188" E Glan. My goal this year is 8.00"x6.00". I only have .375" to go

Rep Power: 7  | There is no secret, and unlike other people, I have no routine. All I do is dry jelqing or stretching. Like I said before, I eat fresh and nutritious food(like seafood and oysters); I sleep 8 hours a day; I do masturbate but don't ejaculate too often(it is very hard to keep away from ejaculating); I take Zinc supplement; I walk five miles a day for my physical fitness; I drink green tea; I do P.E like one hour a day(not one hour straight). And there is another secret: with 80 to 90% erection, put your penis between your thighs and squeeze it by using your thighs. Good luck to your P.E journey !!! |

You make some interesting points. Although I disagree that PE is 80 percent genetics (that's a large number, I would guess that it's closer to 50 percent, but who knows), I do agree that good health, nutrition, etc, all play a critical role in PE.
I am curious Joe, how long have you been using your "non-routine"? |
