Hi all.
I'm new on this forum and i got some quastions
1. How hard should i push when doing jelqing ?
2. The kegals thing, i think i dont understend how to do it, on the PE web site it says first find pc muscul : The next time you're urinating, stop your pee mid-flow, right ? maybe i'm wrong but can i move penis while kegeling ? if so how much % of erecton should i have while kegeling ? or it doesnt metter ?
3. How to do V Jelqing ?

Hi all.
I'm new on this forum and I got some questions
1. How hard should I push when doing jelqing ? Can i do kegels while jelqing ?
