hey My BDFSL is 6.0 inch my erect lenth is 6.7 inch my girth is 4.7 inch.I DON'T HAVE OFF DAYS.THIS IS NOT VERY GOT,A?
my routine
warm up:10 min
JAI strech 20 times 2 sek
streching 10 min
streching 360 degree 10 times 15 sek.
Jelging 25 min
Kegels 50 times 2.5 sek (day on day off for kegels)i AM PEing TWO MOUNTH any advanced exercise for healthy and gains?pls answer much love

You have at least a dozen threads that you have started, basicly asking or saying the same thing. We only ask that you NOT start a new thread with every question.

bambam, by all means, start as many threads as you want. If, however, your questions are all pertaining to the same thing, you'll want to keep it in the same thread. It keeps everything orderly and you'll get a better response that way.

bambam: I'm not sure I understand your question. I think that might be the reason you're not getting any replies. Are you asking for advanced exercises? You can find a list of some good ones on this page: The Penis Enlargement Gym - Advanced Exercises

Hey Remek thanks for your answer.
listen..I have some gains like i have more strong erection and some girth gains and flaccid erect gains,but i don't have erect lenth gains.There is my routine.My erect lenth is 6.7 inch,girth 4.7 and BDFSL is 6.00.Do i have to do some changes to my routine?What exercise i must to do for more progress?exercise for smooth muscle or for tunica?i think now that my EQ is 9 but i am not sure.I don't have off days.Do i must to have off days or?if i do how many off days can i have?much love

I would suggest exercising 2 days on, 1 day off, since your penis will grow on your rest days.

1st Goal - 6.5" EL 5.5" EG

2nd Goal - 7" EL 5.75" EG

Eventually - 8" EL 6" EG
