Rep Power: 0 | overtrained? I have a question to about penile injury.
I've been PE'ing for two months now, and suddenly my penis feels sore, and has a hard lump in the middle of my penis and at the base. As if there is a hard 3cm long object inside. But it is not visible or something like that, my penis looks normal. It does hurt when jelqing, so I haven't done that for 2 weeks. But it still hurts after two weeks of doing nothing. It does seem to heal, since it did become a little less painful but if its healing, it is going very slow.
When I have an erection, it doesn't hurt, and it doesn't hurt when having sex. But it does when I squeeze my penis, or try to make a jelqing movement.
any ideas on what this might be? Did I overtrain? Or something like that? |

| Kwmass, STOP all PE. It sounds like a Thrombosed vein. Continue to warm up throughout the day as many times as possible, this will help the healing process. Light massage of the injured area. Yep, these injuries do take a long time to heal, sometimes 4-5 weeks.
When you start back, take it very slow, squeezing and Jelqing with too much force can cause this. The good news, it will heal. Good luck. JP

Anyway, I'm not gonna PE until it completely heals.... I don't wanna take any chances.
thanks for the advice. |

| You are welcome. If it doesn't go away within the next 2-3 weeks, you might want to see your Dr.

Rep Power: 4 | It's most likely from jelqing too hard. I'd also suggest taking a couple weeks off, and taking an aspirin a day to help thin the blood. Massage the spot with your fingers for about 5 minutes at a time a few times a day. No need for ice, or heat. If it persists for longer than a couple weeks, see your urologist, or find one to see. Tell him you noticed it after a night of vigorous sex. That's more flattering from a mans' perspective...to have 'injured' yourself sexually, during sex vs. doing some "crazy penis exercise that doesn't work". |

I just hope it goes away by itself. I think it will... |
