Default Looking for an Advanced Routine!

hey guys,
im new in the forum and im glad to be here!
ive been training since november 2006, so about 1 year and 4 months. but it had been on and off due to obligations etc. so mabye it more like 2/3rds of that.
anyway im looking for a new routine. for the longest time my routine consisted of this stretch in all directions 10 seconds each direction for 10 minutes and i jelqed for 10 minutes and then i stretched for another 5 and then jelq and held at the head and repeated for another 5.
recently ive been trying out the advanced exercies listed on site. i do 20 jai stretch for 2 seconds each, then i do 6 internal streches for 30 seconds, then i do the A stretch for 30 seconds 6 times. and then i do some kegal exercing. after that i start a side jelq 40 times in total, after that i do some regular jelqs and jelq holds for another 5 and then i do 3 or 4 ulis.
my BPEL is 6 15/16 and i started at like 6ish
my EG is 5.00 and i started at like 4.5ish, just guessing
and suggestions or ideas
thanks

Arch: Welcome to The Gym!

As for an advanced routine: I suggest gradually increasing the intensity of the exercises you're doing along with the time. You may also want to look into some devices, such as extenders, hangers, or clamps.

A good thread you may want to look at is this one: Looking for an Advanced Routine!

Hope this helps.
