Default How much time to see results?

Started last week but had to quit after just a couple days with an aching varicocele and lower abdomen. Didn't seem like I was doing it that hard, but i suppose I was.

So, I stopped and restarted this week at a much slower pace. And things seem to be OK now. I'm using JonPops newbie routine.

Here's my questions for you if you have a sec: First, how much time is needed per day to see results. That is, if I'm stretching and jelqing at a high level of quality, how much time is typically needed for a workout? To finish a quality JonPop newbie routine, it seems to take me about 30 minutes. Does that time increase over time, OR will the intensity increase and the time stay the same??

Also, have you seen a difference in results from those PE'ers who split up their routine throughout the day rather than doing it all at one time?

And finally, I'm sure this is no different from anything else in life (working out, self-employment, getting rich, etc.). Lots of people start, but I'm assuming, because of the effort and time comittment required, most drop off. That being said, what would you estimate to be the average gains that those who remain comitted and dedicated realize after 6 months? 1 year? 18 months? And, 2 years??

I'm a goal setter and it would REALLY help me in my motivation if I had some idea of what i'm shooting for. Currently, erect, my BP length is 5.5 and my girth is 4.75.

THANK YOU!!

Good questions, Rockstar. Welcome to The Gym, by the way.

1) How long does it take to see results? There's really no telling. It's variable between men. It largely depends on if you run into bumps in the road (as you already have), how often you PE, if you PE properly, genetics, etc. That said, some men see results in a a few weeks time, others only see results after months and months of hard work.

A good resource on this subject is the PE survey:
The Penis Enlargement Gym - Summary of the Penis Enlargement Survey Results

2) Splitting your workouts up isn't a bad idea. Not so much because it helps with PE gains (you'll get different opinions on this -- some believe it helps, some don't), but because it helps keep your mind fresh. In the later stages of PE, a workout can take a long time. Splitting it up throughout the day keeps the workouts fairly short.

Hope this helps.

Finished my first full week of the Newbie Routine. What's the general consensus on stretching on off days. I do understand that days off are needed to heal and grow, but does that include stretching?? If stretching is OK on off days, should it be a "light" stretch day OR is it OK to do a regular stretching routine?

THANX!!

I think if you stretch light its okay, as in jai stretches with a force of 1.

I would like to add, in my research in reading in all of these forums with veteran pe'ers, it seems that if you gain, you could gain an inch a year.
