Default New to PE

Hi, Im new to the forum andto PE so ive started just on the begginers routine. and Just a week before that i started taking some herbal supliments. Just as a point to let you know im taking.
L-Arginine
Muira puarma
saw palmetto
Ginkgo biloba
Horny goats weed
maca

well im not interested in the in depth to all of these herbs as ill see that for myself. and as a side not i am having full 8/9 scale errections now.
Ive measure my shlong and i get a BPFSL of 6.5 and a BPEL of the same or .5 less.
I dont remember ever measuring up to that before. Sumwhere around 5.75 last time i measured. Since starting i get better errections and ive told my fiance straight up what im doing. and im doing it for me i hvae 2 goals. maintain good errections all my life and the side bit is i wouldnt mind gaining 1 inch extra. i dont need anymore than that.
Am i going about this ok possibly me taking my suppliments and exersisng will keep me well and maybe gain an inch. or is there another side another routine and different suppliments i should try?

I don't know about supplements. Good diet and a multiple vitamin is all I will do. My multivitamin has a lot of herbs too so I'm probably getting some of the things you take.

The beginners routines you find here are probably your best start. Stay with it, take it slow in the beginning and don't force anything. Only add intensity very gradually.

I'm about 2 months into PE myself.

I think my suppliments are working as i started taking them 1 week before my PE started. Im pretty trained anyway because me and my fiance have alot of sex. After i started taking the pills within a week my errections were up alot. and i couldnt stop thinking about sex lol. And now im a few weeks into the begginer routine i'm not turtling at all any more i'm more spngey to the feel and can stretch alot further. My gains are very modest at the moment though and i dont seem any bigger unless i am rock on at a 10 scale of errectrion. But my measuring tape sujjests im still gaining. only since a few days ago i can stretch my flaccid length to almost 7" is this normal that im seein alot of gains in stretched length so fast???

Im not too sure how normal it is to see stretched flaccid gains as I myself don't take that measurement ever, really. I would say once you are seeing BPEL or EG gains thats when you know things are going very well... since you and your fiance have alot of sex, I think I should point out that ejaculating within two hours after a PE session really hinders your gains, so I would do your exercises at a time when you know you wont be having sex for at least 2 hours.

Yea andyroo i have been reading the stickies and the guides. I dont understand why not to ejaculate. im not turtling if i play after i workout. I know im to inexperianced to put down theories but if i may

I was thinkin after you jelq ( newbie routine) and you are a little exited and full of feeling if you then hold your errection fully at like max strength and keep it there a while would this increase the abillity to stay at that balloooned size?
i mean for me i'm finding it tough after to not play so i have been. but i'm not turtling afterwards and i'm keeping my gains a long time. infact i seem to have just stayed that size since for the last two weeks. And im doing 2 days on 1 day off.

the hardest part of all PE is to not have a cheeky wank after jelqing for 10 minutes, i mean, im semi-erect, i have porn playing infornt of me, MUST MASTURBATE!!!

so far though i have not given in once =D

my advice though is to listen to the experts. if the people who have made massive gains claim that ejaculation 2 hours before or after PE can undo any progress made in that session, then i think its worth listning to them.

Thanks luvs your right. I'm doing a noob routine. so i'm gonna have to get used to more than just over exercising. I'm gonna have to put it real commitment. Maybe its just n00b isues and the fact i'm more horny as a result of PE. Gonna have to crack that masterbation issue or everytime i work out ill be doing it. I've just got up. i was gonna work out later when my girl got home with us both in the shower lool kinky. But i'm gonna have to tell her to give me respect and let me finnish my work.
