im still pretty new at this, but ill give you some basic answers until some more experienced people will come along =D
1. from what i have read, this does happen a lot, and you will get use to the exercises and eventually your body will stop reacting to them as masturbation, and you will not get turned on so much by them anymore
2. i pretty much have the exact opposite problem lol. as i jelq, i become less erect, and where as you have to wait for your erection to subside, i have to wait for it to get harder again!! im pretty sure that these waits dont matter, as in total you will still be getting the same amount of jelqing done, it just takes you longer
3. some people suggest doing stretches just before you warm down, others say warm down WHILST stretching so that your penis is in the extended state and will help 'cement' gains.
from what i have read, many people recommend cooling down instead of warming down. use something slightly colder than room temperature, such as a wet cloth. the cooling leaves your penis in a relatively stretched state even once you have finished PE. try holding a comfortable stretch while cooling down as some experienced members suggest this is the best way
