I have done hanging myself and quit because I thought it was too much damn work for very little benefit. Plus you risk injury because it is a advanced exercise and if you don't watch it you can get a nasty blister. But if you need to add it to your routine I would put it in only on one day and do it for roughly an hour in 4 15min sets.Agree with JonPop and just do stretches and jelqing.
