Rep Power: 4 | Advanced Girth work: Uli's, Manuel Clamping etc Ok so I'm working on girth as well as length, for many reasons one being to get my smooth muscle worked.
I combine Uli's into my jelq session, gradually upping the intensity of my jelqs now having been 5 months peing and 5 sets of Uli's holding for about 30 to 60 seconds. Uli's are realy working my unit so I do one day on one day off for now as I hate the shriveled/turtle affect.
My questions for the experienced pe'ers are:
How long is it safe to hold a uli?
Is manual clamping the same as doing a long held uli?
I have read the clamping 101 guide, and I was thinking of trying clamping but if I can manage this manually that would be much better. Seeing the engorgement of my penis during a uli is great motivation and is slowly gaining ground as my favorite exercise.
Horse 440's I've tried them but they hurt so I laid off them and I'm afraid of a thrombosed vein. I have yet to try compressers although they do sound the same as the 440's. And I also do JonPops 3 part dry jelq, well actually I only jelq the bottom, quick to lose the erection on that one for some reason.
Thanks in advance.

with uli's, your kegaling in the blood and clamping it off with an 'OK' grip, this therefore stretches the penis.
i'm just wondering if the actual area beneath the OK grip gets any work out, as it is being held in place by the fingers. surely this means that the base of the penis does not get the same benefits from the uli that the rest of the penis does? |

Rep Power: 10 | Slanker: Good to see that you're implementing the TGC theory (or part of it). I hope it works out for you. Keep us updated
As for the Uli/Clamping question: Yes, in an essence, a clamping device is a lot like a uli device. Holding a Uli for a longer period of time is akin to clamping. I think it's a good idea to start with the manual Ulis first, and then after a while possibly implement clamping. |

We have some videos we're about to post of SWM doing a Uli (along with the rest of the advanced exercises), and he addresses the importance of getting to the absolute base in the video. |

Thanks in advance. | As far as thrombosed veins go, sqeezes, and clamping exercises are LESS likely to produce them than jelqing. There's much less actual 'movement' involved and less forcing of blood in any given direction with these exercises vs. jelqing. It's safe to hold a Uli for as long as you can hold it. The benefit of manual girth exercises, is they are safer for guys new to them due to the hands (usually) fatiguing before a guy has a chance to hold a squeeze for too long. (more than 15 minutes)
Yes, 'manual clamping' is basically the same as a long Uli.
I would suggest continuing with manual exercises until you either tire of them, or you feel they no longer benefit you to the degree they used to. Clamping with a Cable Clamp Cable Clamp® Testimonials is something a guy should move into slowly.
Horse 440s should not hurt. I've seen them demonstrated a couple different ways though. One method shows that you basically jelq the glans (that HAS TO HURT sheesh). The method I always used was simply squeezing the glans.
Hope this reply helps. |
