Default overtraining vs smooth muscle limit

Hey friends i have a question - lets suppose a man is doing regulary PE exercises and realizes that his erections starts to fade a litle. Like it was 10 ( raging hard rock ) and now it's 7 ( mostly hard ). So, whats happening ??? Is he overtraining ?? or its just a normal PE stage where he will have to work out on his smooth muscle Adjusting his routine to mostly girth-based ???!!!

Luis: Good question. It definitely depends on the context. Once you get a little more experienced, you tend to be able to tell when you're overtraining.

In any case, does this apply to what's happening to you now? If so: What's your routine like? How many days do you workout? Is it girth-based or length-based?

I started to lose EQ and my morning wood had dropped to about a 6. There was no way I was overtraining, my main focus was on stretches and light jelqing, then what Remek
said on the TGC Theory made sense to me. About one week ago I changed my workout to girth work and less stretching and my wood is returning. Just listen to your body and
use the experience and knowledge these guy's are giving us.

No Remek, not me i am OK. I just asked really for curiosity. But there was a time that i wasn't really gaining and also there was no way that i could be overtraining . Thanks god Iguana and you developped that theory. it really explains lots of things .
