I stumbled on to a different approach to Kegels the other day, I'm sure you probably have a name for it, it's a Kegel in reverse. What purpose would this serve
in PE? After about 4 months I just now can hold a regular Kegel for only about 5-10 seconds, do you think this can help?
Yes, this is a great begining. Kegels are like anything else they take awhile and prcatice to master. i thnk what your refering to is a recverse kegel. I don't really care for them for some reason i can not incorperate them well into my program.
