Erect kegels: Been doing them during my bllooning session. when doing erect kegels you get really great lenght and girth expansion. Over at fast size dot com i read several articles that dudes have actually gained doing erect kegels i about a years time. instructions:

Work your way up to a full erection

When i do this i count each slow stroke to about 100.

I'm not quite sure why these are called Erect Kegels. In your instructions you don't say to kegel at all, just press your thumb down on the top part of the dorsal vein. To me, this just sounds a lot like ballooning. Maybe I'm missing something...

Also, I've read that you are doing a lot of fowfering these days, including erect fowfers. Can you explain what exactly you mean by this as well.

while you are partially blocking the dorsal vein you kegal. i hold the kegel for the duration of the count. Or you can do 100 kegals or more and watch your dick swell.
