It Has Been A While Just Wanted To Update On My Progress. I Had Plateaued Around 6.5 And Was Getting Very Disappointed But Have Finally Developed A Routine That Took Me To My First Goal "promised Land" I Now Can Claim A Seven Inch Cock, My Internal Benchmark For What Finally Constitutes The Classification Of A "big" Penis. Gains In Pe Are Some Of The Greatest Highs. I Have No Gone From A 4.5 Inch Cock To A 7 Inch Cock All Through Jelqing And Stretches. What A Feeling.


Here Is What Has Helped Me, Maybe It Can Help You. I Purchased An Ads(stretching Device) And Am Also An Advanced Exerciser. I Have Found Gold In The Concept Of Always Making Sure The Intensity Is Increasing In Workouts, (length Of Flaccid Stretched Length Always Increasing) Mixing Up The Kinds Of Stretching (keeping Penis Guessing) And Getting Good Rest For Growth But Not Too Much!

Monday
20-30 Minutes Advanced Stretching (manual)
Tub Stretches
Fowfers
Internal Stretches
Double Stretches
Important
300-500 Jelqs/girth Work

Tuesday

Ads Work (longest Possible Stretch Without Slippage)
2-5 Hours

Wednesday
(repeat Mon)

Thursday
(repeat Tues)

Friday
(repeat Mon)

Saturday
(repeat Tues)

Sunday
(rest)

Thats good news. But why are you writing in capitals?
Also how long did this routine take? and furthermore could you breakdown exactly what you mean by advanced manual stretching as in what do you do specifically?
How do you do fowfers, tub stretches and the others you have mentioned?

yeah sorry about the caps, i was just so excited to finally reach my goal, I kind of got carried away. my manual routine consists of all of the advanced exercises discussed on this site, and a few others I have picked up on the net. stretching is done for 30 second reps 3-4 sets per exercise.

FOWFERS

pull flaccid dick between your legs as far as you can and sit on it-really gets ligaments at the base. can be done to left or right by sitting on dick with respective butt cheek.

TUB STRETCHES

pull flaccid dick down into something. stand over a bathtub or a sink or even position yourself over your toilet and pull down so your cock is pressed against a surface, but is being stretched downward.

DOUBLE STRETCHES

while pulling head of dick in one direction pull at the other end with your free hand like you are trying to pull your dick apart. you wont. hopefully.

Thanks for that. I can see you put a lot of time in on the stretches. Maybe you could attribute your gains to that. When did you start peing?
