Rep Power: 0 | Any advice on my current PE routine? Hi,
I would like to ask you guys about my current PE routine.
I do this 6 days a week, one day rest. I make sure I do PE every 24 hours.
5 minute hot warm up
10 minutes of stretching. I put oil (in my case, baby oil with Vitamin C and aloe) on my cock. I then stretch my cock out for a 30 second count, then shake it several times to get the blood flowing. Another stretch of a 30 second count, this time down and to my left. Then again shake my cock several times. Then a 30 second count, this time down and to the right. After this, again shaking my cock several times. I do 5 sets of these.
Then I do 30 minutes of continuous jelging. I keep a semi erection (half erect) while doing the jelqing. I use a very generous amount of baby oil.
After the jelqing, I rest for a couple of minutes.
Then, I massage my scrotum for a 30 second count, massaging on the left, right and middle of my scrotum. I do this 3 times each.
After that, I then grab the top of my scrotum with my right thumb and forefinger. I then do a pulldown 50 times.
I then do a hot warm down for 5 minutes.
I've been doing PE consistently for 3 months. I've done reading online about PE and came up with this current routine.
I measured myself on 03/31/08 and then again last Wednesday, 04/30/08. I gained .08 in length and 1" in girth. I had to measure myself several times about the girth, not believing what I was seeing.
I'm also taking L-Arginine daily and am doing at least 300 kegels every day. My erections are longer lasting. No problems there.
Ok...am I doing too much? Any advice? I can take criticism.
Thanks in advance.

| Hey Terrya, I looked at your profile and in it you said that you had been doing PE for 3 years. Kudos. When you hit into your 50's it is so important to keep that puppy in top shape.
Your routine looks fine as a maitenance routine. Which is great, because you have decent length and great girth, but you will be very slow to gain much more without changing it up a bit. I would add "V" Jelqs and circle stretches w/Kegels, into the routine you have going now. Go check out some of the advanced exercises.
Also...Don't you find it hard to get a decent stretch if you apply lube gefore stretching? Doesn't it make your grip slip?

Thanks for replying.
I looked in the advanced guides (still new to this site) and coudn't find the "V" jelqs. The circle stetches with Kegels are pretty self-explanatory.
When I do my stretches, I have noticed that my grip does slip when I apply lube. Does using lube erase any gains from the stretches? |

These are in my 90 day routine as are the circle stretches with Kegels.
------- "V" JELQS
Next, do what are called "V" Jelqs. These are done by useing the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide with the shaft pointing up and with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the "V". The fingers should be riding on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. These are a great exercise for Head Girth, Overall Girth and Stretching.
As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left. Do 30 of these reps.
Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs.
Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs.

But since I started consistently with PE 3 months ago and kept a diary of my progress for one month, I've noticed gains...specifically with girth. I used to accept the word of the "experts" who said that penis enlargement wasn't possible...and I've found out that it definitely is. I want to make sure I'm doing it right.
Thank you for indulging me and my questions. I've printed out your page...besides "Exercising Your Penis", I'm amassing a sort of PE manual. |
