was just wondering if clamping directly after pumping would acheive quicker gains? thinking of possibly doing both in a few more months, looking for the fastest and most efficent way to make girth gains..
As for your question, it really depends. The way PE works is you have to gradually increase the intensity. If you jump into clamping + pumping without being conditioned for it, you'll cause nothing but harm and no gains. On the other hand, if you're experienced in both, you might want to gradually (keyword!) incorporate them together.
thanks remek. yah i was just curious. im only 2 months in and have no plans on doing either for awhile yet. im gaining now so i wouldnt want to do anything that would mess that up.
